Installation of a central process control system for the SBS thermal power plant Rostock

Scope of services:
Hardware engineering, programming, CAD/CAE documentation, manufacture,
erection, cold and hot commissioning, trial operation and operator induction

Scope of supplies:

  • PCS7 process control system
  • Field measurement technique for water-steam system

  • Two Intel Pentium IV 3.0 GHz redundant servers
  • Optical Industrial Ethernet 100Mbit/s system and terminal bus with Scalance X204-2 and X212-2 (TCP/IP; ISO on TCP)
  • One engineering station with three 19" TFT monitors

  • Two highly-accessible  AS 417-H control units for water-steam system, boiler, air capacitator und black box systems
  • Redundant Profibus DP with ET200M (pulling and plugging with running systems, module diagnosis)
