(Senior) Technology Consultants (m/f)

To reinforce our Actemium Consultants & Engineers team, part of the Actemium network Germany, we are looking to appoint consultants who are at home in the field of process optimisation and the application of information technology.

Your exciting tasks and responsibilities:

  • Scanning of our customers’ processes for application possibilities for IT solutions (senior level)
  • Developing design specifications (functional design, software design, etc.) 
  • Database modelling of database concepts 
  • Developing solutions with products and programming languages
  • Developing test specifications (unit test, integration test, etc.)
  • Test and startup of solutions on site at customer’s premises
  • Technical training and support
  • Project management and control (senior level)

 

Our requirements:

Expertise in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Life sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech, cosmetics, medical devices) 
  • Feed, food & beverage
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Basic, fine & special chemicals
  • Pulp & paper

 

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Capability to translate complex requirements into concepts for IT-assisted production optimisation
  • Capability to translate complex requirements into concepts for IT-assisted laboratory process optimisation
  • Capability and understanding for R&D, quality control and quality assurance laboratory processes or business processes
  • Capability to translate demands on business intelligence and reporting in the production, laboratory or R&D environment into concepts
  • GxP regulations and GAMP for life science and food & beverage are an advantage 
  • Principles of requirements engineering/management
  • Principles of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement programmes

 

Technology expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Manufacturing execution systems (e.g. Siemens, SAP (MII), Propack Data, Wonderware, Rockwell (Factory Talk), Werum, etc.)
  • Process information management systems (e.g. OSIsoft, AspenTech, Siemens, etc.) 
  • Reporting and business intelligence (e.g. current Microsoft or Oracle platform; SAP (business objects, crystal reports) Rockwell (vantage point), etc.)
  • Laboratory information management systems (e.g. Siemens; Labvantage, Labware, etc.)
  • Database technology (current Oracle and/or Microsoft platform)
  • Software development (high-level languages in the .net environment (e.g. C#) or Java)
