The Siemens-Actemium consortium has been commissioned with supplying the complete electrical, instrumentation and control systems for the new power plant operated by the Propapier company in Eisenhüttenstadt. For this large-scale project in the eight-figure range, Actemium Berlin is responsible for the complete installation of the electrical and instrumentation systems, while Siemens is supplying the T3000 control system and the turbine. Commissioning of the modern power plant using alternative fuels is scheduled for 2011. Following the power plant in Rüdersdorf, this is the second time Siemens and Actemium are providing their services in a consortium.

Parallel to this, the world’s biggest corrugated board plant is also being built in Eisenhüttenstadt for over € 300 million.
