Germany’s process industry is currently facing enormous challenges – which are aggravated even more by the international economic crisis. In an effort to secure its competitive edge, the industry is analysing and optimising all strategic and operational business activities. 

Against this background, Actemium attended the Process Manufacturing Summit in Montreux from 29.11.-01.12.2009. At the event, which was organised by Marcus Evans, we discussed with industry representatives about topics such as energy efficiency, operational excellence and MES, as well as possibilities for leveraging Actemium’s know-how in order to further increase productivity.
