Project description:

For the entire DSM plant in Sisseln, the process and quality-relevant data were to be stored on an operating data capture system and made available for evaluation purposes. The evaluation is carried out via so-called reports and can be viewed online  on the office clients. An Operating Window and Batch Data Recording is realised for each operating unit. Both pharmaceutial and chemical units are to be integrated.

Scope of services:

  • Adaptation of the S5, S7 and PCS7 control systems
  • Tie-in of the S5, S7 and PCS7 control systems via OPC
  • PIMS server specification, installation, configuration, FAT and commissioning
  • OW specification, installation, configuration, FAT and commissioning
  • BDR application support of other partner companies of DSM Sisseln
  • Producing reports
