Reviewing PU documentation - Reviewing PU documentation after resubmission (3 packages totalling 900 pages)
Layout of field instrumentation - In-situ planning
- Preparing data sheets
- FATs according to supplier’s specifications
- Updating and checking manufacturer’s documentation
- Rectifying technical problems and on-site questions from subcontractors relating to the documentation of the instrumentation layout and erection (P, T, L and valves)
- Checking final documentation of field instrumentation suppliers
- Checking operating instructions and product descriptions of fielfd instrumentation suppliers
- FAT for field instrumentation suppliers (Europe, Norway)
- Redllinings in as-built documentation for instrumentation
- Application of the technical databases MS Access and Sigraph I&C
- Reordering of missing equipment
- On-site coordination with Aker Stord erection subcontractor
Interface coordination
- Rectifying technical problems and on-site questions from subcontractors relating to the field instrumentation during mechanical completion and loop tests
- Clarification of FAT defect lists/work packages/FEM punch tests for the SAS system (ABB, HIMA) with contracting companies
- Monitoring and alignment of cause and effect reactions and function block diagrams
