Project description: | Within the scope of the possibility to add up to 7% rape methyl ester (RME) to diesel fuel since 2007, PCK launched the B5 plus project. Within the scope of E/I&C systems, we provided supplies and services for the installation of Fuel depot: Ready-to-use installation of frequency-controlled dosing pumps, a loading pump for RME with accompanying motorized gate valves, control valves, measurement, monitoring and control equipment The scope of services in particular included extending the pump selection controls (ET200), renewal/modification of switchgear feeders and replacements and port extensions for the original PCs. Tank truck loading: Ready-to-use installation of a density measurement device with signal transmission to MFX computers Rail tank wagon loading: Ready-to-use installation of calibrated flow measurement devices and control valves. The project also encompassed complete system cabling, lighting systems, earthing and equipotential bonding as well as coordination of necessary construction measures within the scope of technical standards and rules for explosion-risk plants.
