Project description:

ABB was contracted by E.on to renew the control systems for the 2 power plant blocks including the related ancillary plants.
To process this order, ABB and Actemium formed a consortium. Within the consortium, Actemium was responsible for the erection work.

A particular challenge were the short shutdown times during which the control systems were to be replaced. Actemium had only a 2-week shutdown period for each block in which to carry out the erection work. In these 2 weeks, approx. 80% of the work had to be completed. Thanks to the high level of motivation and qualification of Actemium's employees, the agreed deadlines were met to the day.

  • I&C cabling
  • Fibre-optic cable network cabling
  • Routing work
  • Replacement of field measuring devices
  • Dismantling work
