Project description:

FISIA Babckock was commissioned with the turnkey delivery of the boiler plant and the flue gas scrubbing plant, including all ancillary systems, as well as the district heating accumulator. This plant incinerates household waste. The generated thermal energy is used to supply the town of Uddevalla in the winter months. Unused residual heat can be temporarily stored in an accumulator. The steam not used for the district heating supply is converted into electric power and fed into the public grid.
