Project description:

Actemium Berlin in cooperation with Nickel Bergisch-Gladbach is realising the main electrical and I&C and VAC systems for the Südwestthüringen waste-to-energy plant.

Scope of supplies and services:

  • HVAC heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems (Nickel, Bergisch-Gladbach)
  • Low-voltage main distributors 690VAC und 400VAC (50 arrays)
  • Frequency converter for the ventilation drives for induced draught, primary air, secondary air, recirculation air
  • DC, battery and UPS system
  • Field equipment instrumentation incl. hook-up erection
  • Emission measurement of raw gas and 17th Federal Immission Control Act (17. BImSchV) pure gas
  • Infrared waste bunker camera for early fire detection
  • Complete electrical and I&C erection incl. cable trays and pulling
  • Cold and hot commissioning
