Construction of a solar panel plant that manufactures silicon wafer solar panels. The plant was constructed completely from scratch.


Actemium’s part in the project:
complete planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as the communication system, and installation of vacuum, special gas and chemical technical supply systems

Electrical equipment:

  • New ENSO station with feed-in of the 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear system
  • Medium- and low-voltage switchgear systems and substations
  • Electrical supply as well as internal and external lighting and lightning protection system

 

Control systems:

  • PCS7 V7 control system with redundant AS417H CPU
  • AS412FH fail-safe control
  • The fail-safe control includes integrated components of a gas warning system 
  • All other systems, such as water treatment, gas and chemical supply etc. were tied into the control system via bus and OPC server
