Actemium’s Mechatronic Services division is your partner for bespoke service. Not dependent on a specific manufacturer, and committed exclusively to our customers and our customers’ customers, we offer design, engineering and project management for service processes and carry out erection and startup as well as field service management.

Through its Mechatronic Services division, Actemium ensures sustained optimisation of maintenance and servicing of high-maintenance systems in industry and financial services. We cover every aspect of efficient customer service, including operating 24/7 service centres and help desks for our customers. Implementation services range from project management, via service engineering, field services and repairs, to reporting, and are complemented by an international logistics infrastructure.

We guarantee customer proximity through a local presence with 13 locations in Germany alone.

Rapid response times, minimum downtimes and high availability of the systems ensure business process optimisation and maximum cost effectiveness of machines and equipment.

We offer management of service and maintenance contracts. We monitor observance of contractual obligations and operational management with a focus on continuous improvement of the service processes. We also act as a technical interface to manufacturers. Our service activities are managed using our web-based application for process regulation and support during the execution of customer contracts (tickets), as well as our mobile data capture solution.

For over 30 years, Actemium has assured maintenance of banknote processing machines for the German Central Bank. This includes preventive maintenance and ensuring availability of the banknote processing machines at all branches of the German Central Bank.
